Roles and responsibilities for Business Development / Marketing Requirement in Realestate company

:

Job Designation               : (Sr Manager – Business Development & Channel Relations)

Experience                        : Min 5 year’s  (Min 5 years)
Salary Offered                  : Up to Rs. 8 L pa

Preferred Industry           : Only Real Estate or Finance
Joining                               : Immediate / 7 Days

Education                         : UG / PG – Marketing
Location                            : Sadashivnagar, Bangalore

Job Roles:

  • Develop and implement the Business Development strategy,  manage existing channel partner relationships and new alliances and partnerships. 
  • Obtain permission from corporate for roadshow , execute and  manage with Business development team
  • Lead generation thru Direct Business development campaigns
  • Driving business thru empaneled channel partners & property consultants
  • managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, news letters
  • evaluating marketing campaigns
  • monitoring competitor activity

·         Activations- driving events, promotions, etc. Keeping track & analyzing their effectiveness

·         Participating in fairs and exhibitions

·         Planning pre-event campaign, project launch, conceptualizing print advertisement, content & ensuring media coverage for the same.

·         Manage team of 2 Business Development executive and One Relationship manager – Channel Sales to Support sales team  to achieve their Targets.

·         Co-ordination between sales and Pre- Sales team for driving the sales number

 

Desired Candidate profile:

·         Excellent marketing skills

·         Should have a 2 Wheeler

·         Presentable

·         Should have excellent English communication skills, Knowledge of Regional Languages is compulsory especially Kannada.

·         Team handling

·         Should be ready to work on Sunday’s  (Will get Comp off on other day)

1)      from lead generation – BTL , ATL , Corporate activity exposure

2)      Age below 36 years

3)      Only male candidates
